How do I book an evening?

Browse our classes, open one you love, and submit a request from the booking widget. Every request is hand-reviewed; we respond within 12 hours with a confirmation contract and payment link.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is per guest and shown on each class page. Your contract locks in the per-guest rate. A 25% deposit secures your date; the balance is due 48 hours before the class.

How many guests can attend?

Most classes run from 6 to 16 guests. Each class lists its minimum on the booking widget. Larger parties (up to ~20) can be accommodated; ask in your request notes.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Full refund 14+ days out (deposit applied to a future date within 90 days). 50% refund 7–13 days out. No refund inside 7 days. One free reschedule with 14+ days notice.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

Yes — please disclose all allergies and dietary needs in writing at booking. Our kitchens handle major allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, shellfish, soy, alcohol), so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, but we tailor menus carefully.

Do you provide alcohol?

No. All evenings are bring-your-own-beverage (BYOB). Our chefs will gladly open, pour, and pair beverages you provide. The host is responsible for responsible service. See our Alcohol Policy for details.

Question 7

Is there a liability waiver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cooking involves knives and high heat, so every booking host accepts a digital liability waiver at checkout, and that waiver covers all attending guests. Full text is on the Liability Waiver page.

Question 8

What's included? What do I need to provide?

Accepted Answer

We bring all ingredients, specialty equipment, linens, and disposables. You provide the kitchen, dining space, dinnerware, glassware, and any beverages you'd like to enjoy. We'll confirm specifics in your contract.

Where do you operate?

Accepted Answer

San Antonio, Austin, and the Texas Hill Country. For destinations beyond, ask — we travel for the right evening.

Question 10

What happens after the class?

Accepted Answer

We clean as we cook and leave your kitchen in better shape than we found it. The only trace of our presence is the meal you remember.
