We’ll start by learning the art of perfecting sushi rice, from proper seasoning to temperature control. Next, you'll sharpen your knife skills as we prep fresh ingredients and whisk together a bright, scratch-made citrus Ponzu sauce. Then, you'll get behind the bamboo mat to learn the exact tuck-and-roll techniques needed to build inside-out rolls and traditional seaweed-wrapped styles. Finally, we’ll plate our creations and sit down to enjoy a fresh, collaborative feast. You’ll leave with the confidence, rolling technique, and recipes to host your own spectacular sushi night at home.
